A large storm at sea brought swells of up to twenty feet to Morro Bay. This presented the local Coast Guard unit with an opportunity for some practice. A spokesman insisted this 47 foot boat is designed for just such swells and apparently he is right. The men are wearing "seat belts"! Gary said he had a hard time keeping his lens dry.
